- 1 / 5By Andrew JohnsonI have stopped in 3 times for chicken fingers while working late. I stopped at hours between 10:30 pm and 2:00 am during the night shift. The elderly woman working the counter the first night said their oven was off. It clearly was not. The second night she said she did not know how to cook anything in the oven. The third night after i got irritated and said that was unacceptable and asked her name she suddenly said she didn't know how to make what I wanted and that all that was prepped or made in the morning. Each time I went a few miles to another 7 Eleven and they promptly made me my chicken fingers and asked if i wanted anything else.. Very very poor customer service at thus store. Whither its her fault or her managers is not my problem. No other store i have been to i have encountered this.November 25, 2016
